So my opening reception at my exhibit went really well. I got a lot of good feedback and everyone came to see it. I'm really pleased with the way it turned out, considering I had no idea what it would look like until I installed it. I posted some pics of the table setting with all of the hearts, but I will post more before I take it down this week. I also put up some pics of my roomies and I standing with the chest pieces that they all modeled for. I wanted everyone to be a part of it, since they all helped me create this show. I entered both the hearts and chest pieces in the David Fagin award on Wednesday and won second place! I got a nice hunk of cash from that, which made me even more proud of this work. I have pictures of each individual heart, but they need to be cropped in photoshop, so I'll take care of that and post them. There are 32 of them, when I only planned on making 30 and actually thought I did, so I was a little surprised that I made more, but it worked out for the better.
